JUNK & TREASURES: ITEMS FROM THE VAULT

Our house is overflowing with stuff. One of my weaknesses is my inability to quell the constant flow of objects into our home. Everywhere you look, there are piles of compact discs, DVDs, and stacks of long playing records. Then there are the Mad magazines collected since grade school, guitar/film mags, a complete set of FHM magazines, and books, lots of books.

Junk, that’s what other people call these things. I don’t want to throw these things out and I don’t think anybody will be interested in buying my stuff. If I can’t keep them, I’d rather give them away to relatives and friends (relatives and friends who would be willing to accept junk).

I had surrounded myself with these objects for the most part of my life so before I set them free, I started to photograph the objects and write descriptions, and as I did that I couldn’t help but think about where each object came from, and why I even had it in the first place (I had to do this before my wife throws me out.).

Take a sneak peek at my trash. Take a sneak peek at my treasures.

A splendid time is guaranteed for all!

Thanks for joining me!
